| Terms of Sale All paintings are sold unframed without mounts and will be sealed with an acrylic sealant to protect the surface from scratching. It is recommended that they be framed as soon as possible after receipt in glazed frames and hung away from direct heat and out of strong sunlight. Direct heat will melt the wax and spoil your painting. Buyers who do not heed this and who subsequently damage the painting will not be refunded. Payment Payment for all sales will be via Paypal only. I do not accept personal cheques or credit cards. Paintings will be dispatched as soon as payment clears. They will be sent by first class Royal Mail and proof of posting will be obtained. Once posted any problems arising from non-delivery will be the responsibility of the buyer to sort out. Postage Costs There will be a set rate of £5.00 postage charge, plus £2.50 handling charge for each item. Returns Paintings can only be returned if they arrived damaged in transit. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage will not be refunded. |
